Green Briefing | Contribution on Packaging

Ordinance No. 331-E/2021 was recently published, which establishes the obligation to pay a contribution, in the use of single-use packaging, for the purchase of meals. This Ordinance came into force on December 31, 2021 and the deadline for requesting the acquisition of depositary status is running.

It should be noted that packaging in stock, on January 1, 2022, is considered to be produced, imported or acquired on that day, for the purposes of applying this new regime.
