The website of Telles de Abreu e Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL (hereinafter referred to as "TELLES"), has the purpose of providing general and informative content, which is intended, but not guaranteed, correct and up to date. The contents cannot be understood as advertising, legal advice or as an invitation to establish any lawyer-client relationship.

Therefore, you should not base your action on any legal information contained herein or in any way understand such information as legal advice, which you should obtain from your lawyer. TELLES disclaims its liability for any damages that may occur in connection with the information contained on this site.

The use of the TELLES website is governed by the herein terms and conditions, which the visitor / user ("User") undertakes to respect in full. The User must not use this site in case of non-agreement to these terms and conditions.

TELLES, however, makes available online application forms through this website. TELLES website uses the following cookies:

  • PHPSESSID: cookie that allows the website to respond to any action that the User executes in the website, such as completing a survey form. The website won’t work correctly if this cookie isn’t used.
  • XMS USER: cookie used by back office users. The website works correctly if such cookie is not used.
  • __utma, __utmb, __utmc, __utmz: Cookies __ utmz starting with "__utm" which allows to collect information about the use of the website. This information is collected in an anonymous way and it is used to create reports for the visits to the website, to improve its functionalities.
  • __atuvc: The cookie _atuvc is generated and read by site’ JavaScript allowing the share of contents in social networks "AddThis".
