- Disputes before the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF), the Portuguese League, other sports federations, the Court of Arbitration for Sport of Portugal (TAD) and subsequent instances, the Central Administrative Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court in disciplinary, labour and national player transfer matters (training rights and solidarity contribution in Portugal);
- Litigation before the Union des Associations Européenes de Football (UEFA), the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport, Lausanne (CAS) in disciplinary, labour or related to the international transfer of players (training rights and FIFA solidarity contribution) and their respective registration (including registration of minors);
- Negotiating, signing, modifying and terminating temporary and permanent transfer contracts for players and coaches;
