The members of our Finance  and Capital Markets team have been advising banks and other financial institutions on various transaction types across a wide range of financial markets and products. In this context, our team has advised banks and financial entities in the areas of arrangement, lending, corporate loans and private equity investments. Some of the team members have professional experience as in-house legal advisor to banks and financial entities, allowing us to provide legal services specially geared to our clients’ business needs and expectations.
