TELLES admits Rui Ferreira de Almeida as an Associate for the Energy and Natural Resources and Environment and Climate Change practices.
Prior to joining TELLES, Rui was a legal advisor to the Deputy Minister and Secretary of State for Energy of the Portuguese Government, focusing on the energy and mining sectors in matters concerning both the national and European markets. Rui’s accrued experience and expertise on the legal and regulatory frameworks, namely in what concerns renewable energies, hydrogen and other renewable gases, including Power-to-X projects, and the battery value chain, bring significant added value to TELLES’ recognized capability and expertise in this sector, in line with the challenges and needs generated by the energy transition and climate action.
