TELLES has advised ISAGRI Group in the acquisition of CentralGest, a Portuguese software publisher in the accounting area.

With this transaction, the ISAGRI Group reinforces its strategic position in Portugal, as well as the Portuguese-speaking African countries connections, highlighting the growing importance of technology in the agricultural industry.
With this acquisition, ISAGRI Portugal reach a turnover of 2.5 million euros, and increase the number of Portuguese employees to 50.
