Miguel Nogueira Leite, partner, co-head of the Real Estate, Construction and Urban Planning practice at TELLES, will be a guest speaker at the seminar "Affordable habitation: the housing challenges of tomorrow", promoted by the Luso-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the support of the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors (APPII).
The initiative aims to present an overview of the real estate market in Portugal, focusing on the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
The lawyer, who specializes in the real estate sector, will be part of the panel dedicated to the theme "State of the housing sector in Portugal", in which he will address issues related to the current legal framework.
This analysis and respective debate will also include contributions from Inês de Medeiros, Mayor of Almada and Miguel Lacerda, Director of Savills Lisbon Residential Division.
The seminar will take place on March 7th, between 9am and 3pm, in Lisbon, at the SANA Metropolitan Hotel, and will be conducted in French and English.
