Miguel Nogueira Leite, head of the French Desk and co-head of the Real Estate, Construction and Urbanism practice, and Frederico Styliano Reis, associate in the same practice, are speakers at the seminar dedicated to the theme “Accommodation for all: The challenges of housing in the future”, inserted in the scope of the “urban planning” cycle, organized by the Luso-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILF).
TELLES lawyers specialized in the real estate sector are part of the panel “Restrictions of accessibility to accommodation”, in which they will talk about aspects related to licensing and bureaucracy.
This initiative aims to provide an overview of the real estate market in Portugal, and in particular the real estate market in Porto, in which housing access solutions will be presented and Porto City Council projects in this sector will be highlighted.
