This great conference, supported by 50 partners, will bring together 20 speakers from all over the world, divided into two stages: The Happy Stage and The Joyful Stage. The first will look at happiness from a holistic perspective, addressing issues such as leadership and inclusion. The second will cover topics such as office ergonomics, physical activity and culture in promoting employee well-being. Mental health and the best ways to manage stress and achieve happiness at work will be some of the topics covered in this initiative promoted by the Lionesa Business Hub, whose main objective is to share strategies and best practices to promote happiness in organisations.
