Pedro Matias Pereira and Rui Mesquita Guimarães, managing associates of TELLES' Administrative and Public Procurement Team, are lecturing at the 15th Postgraduate Course in Public Procurement, promoted by the Centre for Public Law and Regulatory Studies (CEDIPRE) and the Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra.
Pedro Matias Pereira will be teaching the session on "The Substantive Regime of Administrative Contracts" on 11th of November. The lawyer Rui Mesquita Guimarães will participate with an analysis of the case law of the Court of Auditors on 16th of December.
