TELLES advised VELLAR II, S.A., in the process of selling 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the company “Velltrans – Trânsito e Transportes, Lda.”
The work of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team at TELLES included the preparation and negotiation of all necessary and convenient legal instruments for the transaction, namely the negotiation and drafting of the contract for the purchase and sale of shareholdings. This operation was led by the co-head partner of the area, Francisco Espregueira Mendes and by Of Counsel, Nuno Marques, with the active participation of the associate Tomás Paiva Rosado.
This process also had the intervention of CS’Associados through Galliker Holding AG.
