TELLES has advised the sale of Estaleiros do Atlantico, a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of motor boats, to Bénéteau, S.A., a worldwide leading company operating in the boating industry.
TELLES’ team, led by Francisco Espregueira Mendes, partner of the Corporate and M&A practice area, together with José Maria Braga da Cruz, Senior Associate at the same practice, has assisted the sellers - Julio Rodriguez and Promarine Vigo.
With this transaction, Bénéteau Group is now operating in the national market and reinforces its production capacity, contributing with a new dynamic to the portuguese blue economy.
Bénéteau has more than 7,600 employees in France, United States, Poland, Italy, China and now also in Portugal.
