TELLES advised DB | De Barros Concept Group, a French company which acts in the processing industry, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of TRANSACT, a road haulage company.
TELLES team responsible for the transaction was led by Pedro da Costa Mendes, Of Counsel of the Coporate and M&A practice, toghether with Maria Miguel Cameira, associate of the same practice.
With this acquisition, DB | De Barros Concept Group, which last year recorded a turnover of above €18M, strengthens its position in Portugal and increase the quality and efficiency´s services provided to customers.
