José Pedroso de Melo, Of Counsel in the Tax practice at TELLES, and Carlos Avelino, an associate in the same practice, were trainers in a course dedicated to the Fiscal Diagnosis of Companies: Preventing and Preparing for Tax Inspection, which took place on May 16th.
The tax lawyers from TELLES addressed the most relevant aspects related to the principles and rules that shape the tax inspection procedure, the limits to the tax authority's actions, and the taxpayer's means of response, with a strong practical approach.
This training was organized by b.law, the first Portuguese brand of exclusively legal training specifically focused on relevant topics for various sectors of economic activity and aimed at the general public.
