Sofia Pamplona, partner in the Labour and Social Security practice at TELLES, participates as a speaker in the roundtable “The strategic challenges of training and recruitment in Portugal”, promoted by the Luso-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILF) with the support of TELLES.
The initiative aims to bring together various entities in the sector, namely, government, companies and training organizations, to witness and reflect together on possible solutions to deal with the difficulty in filling vacancies for qualified workers, with the shortage of talent reaching maximum historical levels.
The TELLES lawyer, specialized in Labour Law and Social Security, is part of the last panel of the session under the theme “Means of attracting and retaining talent”.
The event will take place on the 18th of May, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, at the Hotel Crowne Plaza, in Porto.
