Margarida Rosado da Fonseca was speaker at a panel on “Essential facilities and Strategic Assets” on a conference on EU and Competition Law

Margarida Rosado da Fonseca, partner and co-head of the EU and Competition practice area of TELLES, was speaker at a conference on EU Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law and International Commerce.

The TELLES partner integrated a panel on “The tendencies concerning Economic Regulation – Essential facilities and strategic assets”, moderated by Tânia Luísa Faria - Counsel in Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho, Prof. Manuel Cabugueira, Member of the Board of ANACOM, a Dra. Tânia Cardoso Simões, Advisor to the Board of the Portuguese Competition Authority and former President of ANAC and João Louro e Costa – Counsel in Uria Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho, where the conference took place.

Margarida Rosado da Fonseca is Specialized Lawyer in EU and Competition Law and has been advising private entities and public ones for almost 25 years. In the last years has published two contributions on the Portuguese mechanism for the scrutiny of foreign direct investment and the EU one in C&R - Revista de Regulação e Concorrência – here and here – and co-authored the Portuguese report for Topic II - The new geopolitical dimension of the EU, Competition and Trade Policies of the XXX FIDE Congress - here.
