Joana Whyte invited as speaker at Fashion Law Seminar

Joana Whyte, European law and competition’s associate at TELLES, was invited to participate as a speaker in the Fashion Law Seminar "The Fashion Industry 2020-2030: Legal Trends and New Challenges", which took place in Barcelona between 16 and 18 March.

The intervention of the fashion law expert lawyer was focused on selective distribution, in particular the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding restrictions on sales on electronic platforms.

The Seminar was promoted by the Fashion Law Commission of the UIA - Union Internationale des Avocats, of which Joana Whyte is Vice-President, and it was attended by lawyers from across the world, including in-house lawwyers of prestigious fashion brands.

Fashion law has been on the rise in recent years.
