TELLES' Labour and Social Security team organized this week a conference in Lisbon and another in Porto, dedicated to the most recent changes to labour legislation - Labour Code: New Rules, New Challenges.
These sessions had the intervention of the head partner Gonçalo Pinto Ferreira, the partner Sofia Pamplona, and the managing associate João Dotti de Carvalho, resulting in an interesting moment of reflection and sharing of knowledge about the challenges that arise. The speakers “awakened” the audience to the impact of the most recent changes to the labour code, as they also pointed out ways and launched potential solutions, in a reflection that also had the active contribution of those present.
The balance of the event was extremely positive from all those who were present in this initiative.
