Margarida Rosado da Fonseca co-authored with Miguel França (from the Legal Service of the Council of the European Union) the Portuguese Report for Topic II of the Fédération Internationale de Droit Européen’s XXX Congress, on “The new geopolitical dimension of the EU Competition and Trade Policies”.

The 21 national reports, as well as the reports from the General Rapporteurs (Jean-François Bellis and Isabelle Van Damme) and the Institutional Rapporteur (Ben Smulders) have now been published (ISBN: 978-954-28-4340-5).
