The new Simplex 22 program was presented by the Government on the 19th of July. It aims to make life easier for citizens and companies, focusing on digital as a rule to improve the quality of public services. The program comprises 48 administrative simplification and modernization measures, divided into 14 areas.
Among the measures adopted with an impact on the taxation of citizens and companies, we highlight, among others, the measures planned for the area of Digitization and Administrative Modernization, Finance and Justice, namely those related to:
• Biometric authentication
• Paperless Invoice
• Change of address
• licensing
• Automatic accounting integration of the electronic invoice
• IES Alert
• Follow + company service
