VIII Congress of Corporate Law in Review

TELLES supports the organisation of the VIII Congress of Company Law in Review, promoted by Almedina Academy, part of the Almedina Group, and ADSR - Associação Direito das Sociedades em Revista.

This eighth edition will address current issues in corporate law, namely:

Structural changes in companies and M&A
Corporate sustainability: The implementation of Directive (EU) 2024/1760
Sustainability and corporate governance
Corporate litigation

This event will take place on 9 and 10 May at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon.
