Lourenço de Sousa Botelho has experience in providing legal advice to family businesses and has been involved in generational transition processes, corporate reorganisations, and creating structures to ensure the continuity and sustainability of family businesses. He combines a sensitivity to family dynamics with an understanding of organisational needs, offering a practical vision of governance and sustainability.
In addition to his extensive experience of advising family businesses, Lourenço de Sousa Botelho advises national and international companies from a range of sectors on matters of corporate law, governance and compliance. He has also advised companies and private clients on investment and asset reorganization transactions.
The newest associate of TELLES holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Law and a postgraduate degree in Law and Management from Lisbon School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
