TELLES organised a business breakfast on the theme of "Women's Leadership - Challenges of the Digital Age". This initiative brought together leaders from different sectors to reflect on the role of women in leadership and the impact of digital transformation on management models.
The session was led by Ana Ferreira Neves, partner of Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice at TELLES, who moderated the debate on promoting inclusive corporate cultures, career development policies and the importance of mentoring as a tool for developing and retaining talent.
This conversation covered aspects related to the challenges of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a particular focus on the development of digital literacy and the implementation of the new European AI Regulation, as pillars of informed leadership and technological transformation.
The panel of speakers included Andreia Ventura (Director of ETE Group), Inês Portela (Coordinator of the Design, Entrepreneurship and Legal Tech Innovation Programme at Nova School of Law), Professor Joana Campos Carvalho (Universidade Nova de Lisboa) and Rita Prates (Vice-Provider of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa), who shared enriching perspectives and experiences on the challenges and opportunities of women's leadership in their respective sectors.
The closing session was given by Francisco Espregueira Mendes, Managing Partner of TELLES.
