TELLES advises on sale of GoContact to American technology Broadvoice

TELLES advised the shareholders of GoContact in the sale of 100% of the shares representing the capital stock of this company to the North American technology company Broadvoice. This operation was monitored by TELLES' Corporate, Commercial and M&A team, led by partner Francisco Espregueira Mendes and senior associate Diogo Damião, with the intervention of lawyer Pedro Pires da Rosa.

GoContact is a leading international provider of integrated “Contact Center as a Service” (CCaaS) solutions on a Cloud platform and artificial intelligence, headquartered in Aveiro and with sales and service operations in Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Angola and Colombia, whose technology platform and international operations will be integrated into Broadvoice, an award-winning North American technology company that provides voice services, unified communications and connection services for businesses.

Broadvoice's acquisition of GoContact and the inherent combination of its complementary technologies, operations, experience, geographic reach and talent, will represent significant synergies and competitive advantages that will enhance the acceleration and development of the respective businesses and the strengthening and projection of their respective brands. GoContact sold for a record amount in terms of European multiples for this type of transaction, without any previous investment round.
