TELLES assisted the two main Portuguese business associations for the defense and promotion of renewable energies - the Portuguese Renewable Energy Association (APREN) and the Portuguese Association for the Photovoltaic Industry (APESF) – with their merger process.
The transaction was led by the Partner Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues and the Managing Associate Frederico Félix Alves, from the TELLES’ Finance, Projects and Capital Markets department, together with the associate João Lupi, from the same team.
The Associations merge to develop transversally the photovoltaic solar sector in Portugal in the context of the climate transition towards decarbonization, reinforcing the defense and promotion of renewable energies.
