João Magalhães Ramalho, partner in the Tax Law practice, participated as a speaker at the conference on the proposed Unshell Directive, which aims to establish rules to prevent the abusive use of shell entities for tax purposes.
The TELLES lawyer, specialist in Tax Law and board member of the Portuguese Association of Tax Consultants (APCF), took part in a debate about “Recent developments and challenges to the adoption and application of the Unshell Directive”.
The conference promoted by the Portuguese Association of Tax Consultants took place today, at 8.30 am, at Avenida Infante Dom Henrique, no. 26 in Lisbon.
