Joana Whyte teaches course on Fashion Law

Joana Whyte, associate in the European and Competition Law area at TELLES, teaches a Brief Course on Fashion Law at Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.

The course had three sessions and addressed current and relevant topics for the fashion sector, namely sustainability, e-commerce and distribution contracts.

Fashion Law is an area of law that has been gaining expression all over the world, being, increasingly, a growing area of specialization.
