Pedro Matias Pereira and Rui Mesquita Guimarães, managing associate and senior associate at TELLES in the area of Public Administration and Public Procurement, are part of the teachers of the course on Public Works Contracts in Local Authorities, promoted by AEDREL-Association of Studies in Regional and Local Law.
With recognized know-how in public procurement, Pedro Matias Pereira will address the topic of “pre-contractual procedures”, while Rui Mesquita Guimarães will be responsible for the topic “From the award to the conclusion of the contract”.
