Ivone Rocha, head of the Energy & Natural Resources and Environment & Climate Change practices at TELLES, signs an opinion article entitled “2023 – The Year of Energy Inclusion”, published in Advocatus.
According to the TELLES lawyer, “the year that begins, 2023, brings the great challenge, to maintain the path of energy decarbonization, within a framework of energy independence from Europe and social inclusion. The theme of the European Energy Package – Clean Energy for All has never been so important!”.
“The regulator laid the foundations, it is up to the public entity, with a special focus on the municipalities, to ensure stability and risk reduction, so that the intervention in efficiency is compensated by decentralized production (...) the users win, (...) public entities win (…) and energy service companies win…”, says Ivone Rocha.
