We are committed to personalised and technical training of the highest quality. The trainee selection process begins at the end of the year prior to the year of admission. This process includes curricular analysis, interviews and, when necessary, oral and written examination. 

Each law firm has its own recruitment criteria, according to their needs. There are general, essential requirements that are always expected of a trainee whatever the practice he may go, such as: accuracy, honesty, confidentiality and innovation, team commitment and good approach at work, availability and ease in the analysis of the assigned matters.
